Ninja Golf! is an upscale Minigolf facility currently operating one location in Granger, Indiana. Ninja Golf! plans to expand to new communities through licensing the Ninja Golf! Brand and possibly, in the future, Franchising.

Ninja Golf! ownership offers consultation services to Minigolf owners that operate a facility outside the “direct competition market” , NEW owners opening a MiniGolf facility and MiniGolf owners desiring a fresh look and new, unique thoughts on the business (90 minutes drive outside any Ninja Golf! facility).

Financial disclosures of the business will not be required in most cases.

Consulting Pricing and Contact:

Ninja Golf! Owner, John Miller, is available to hire as a consultant by the hour ($75/hr) or by the day ($500).

A license contract, also known as a license agreement or licensing agreement, is a type of contract where one party (Ninja Golf!) grants another party (the licensee) the right to produce, use, sell, and/or display the licensor’s protected material.

Protected material can include physical property, but it most often refers to intellectual property like copyrighted work, trade secrets, trademarks, brand names, and patents. License contracts don’t grant the licensee ownership of the asset, just the right to use it.
